dont purchase a renault vehicle (trust me!)

if you are in the market to purchase a new vehicle. think 10x before considering purchasing a Renault vehicle. yes, they will sell you dreams that their cars are reliable. but in actual fact, they aren't. they are nice cars to drive but once there's an issue and you take it to their service centers. they will almost kill you with stress.

our car got a brake down last December on the 28th /of 2022 and to this day 2 months later the part that's needed to get the car running has still not arrived. imagine the inconvenience of having a car that's parked at a service center for so long with no part.

mind you the first time this car had another issue with the gearbox was months after it was bought brand new. and it also spent almost 7 months waiting for parts.

Renault South Africa really doing a terrible job. I wouldn't advise purchasing a vehicle from them. trust me!
