Don't make the same Ranault mistake as me

I decided to give Renault a chance and chose a Capture over a VW for my 1st car.

I think I made the biggest mistake ever. It was my 1st service today and now they tell me that my service plan is no more in force and has been terminated. A 60 K service plan. My salesman told me to bring my car in only after 15km. Now service department tells me I was supposed to bring it in Jan.

They are very sneaky and go completely against the TCF Act. I bought my car from Renault Northcliff.

In conclusion I got *****ed over by Renault. No more will I ever refer my clients, friends and family.

Be smart and learn from me. Get a car for a long term and service that is really on your side. Not a money hungry sneaky brand.
