Don’t ever buy Renault vehicles

Don’t buy Renault brand worst after service .My vehicle has been taken for shocks and service and has been at Renault for over a week. I was sold a maintenance booster plan when I purchased the car .I have been waiting for over 10 days for my car. It was at the Parow branch for 5 days with no communication. We collected it took it to Tygervalley branch and it’s been there for another 5 days. No repairs or servicing has been done on it. My husband send them all the policy documents. Renault is the worst company. We have been without a vehicle for a total of 10 days just waiting on a service and mechanical warranty that is due to us of which we paid for. No curtousy car has been given . I will advice everyone not to buy a Renault they the worst when it comes to service. Also to find out they have no shocks ‘s available in South Africa. I have had my car for 3 years. I regret having dealings with them and will never ever purchase another vehicle from them. I will stick with BMW and VW.
