DON'T BUY KADJAR FROM RENAULT

I bought a Renault Kadjar from Renault Pinetown and took delivery of the above vehicle on 10th November 2017. I thought I had bought a brand new vehicle. Upon further inspection of the vehicle, the following faults were discovered: 1. The front Parking Distance Control that I had requested, was not functional on the vehicle; 2. The left fog light is not working; 3. The back Renault badge and writing is faded and cannot be cleaned by wiping it; 4. The back seat has a large stain on it; 5. The boot cover has a large stain on it; 6. A lot of the dark panels around the vehicle has white stains on it that cannot be removed by wiping it; 7. The left front panel next to the front windscreen has large pen marks on it that cannot be removed; 8. The gear level cover is not closed properly; 9. The left front head light has moisture in it; 10. The right front head light has moisture in it; 11. There is a small scratch on the front bumper on the left side; 12. There is a small scratch on the left back door; 13. Both side steps of the vehicle have brown stain spots on it that cannot be removed by wiping it; 14. The top rear of the vehicle near the aerial has dark marks on it (can be removed with effort; 15. The spare key looks like it is a used key; We went back to the dealership the following day and the dealer principal, Luis Pereira, tried his best to get us out of there as quickly as possible, not making notes of any of the faults. He said that the panels can be replaced under warranty and he will send the vehicle for a proper valet. On the Monday, I returned the vehicle to the dealership, stating that I want to cancel.Why should I accept a vehicle in such a condition? I also informed Wesbank of my decision. This dealer **** to the bank, stating that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that I had buyers remorse. The only remorse that I have, is that I never walked into Renault Pinetown to buy a vehicle. If I had known there were some many things wrong with this vehicle, I would never have bought it or taken delivery of it.
