Don't buy a Renualt, no parts and no after sales service

I was involved in a slight fender bender and had my Renault Kadjar taken to a reputable panel beater who in turn ordered parts from Renault Clearwater. Simple parts like a fuse box and fog lamp cover are not in the country and will take 24 days plus to get here. I called Renault SA who promised to get back to me regarding the possibility of me arranging the collection of the parts in France by a courier that I will pay. A week later Steven did not call me back. When calling back I am told I have to wait for the process to complete.

I am stranded without a car and left wondering why they have the words "customer service" next to the number you dial.
