Don't open on a Saturday!

I Booked my car in for its first service at Renault Bryanston. I've used this dealership before and have never been disappointed until Saturday. I told the service adviser i have a maintenance plan and that my wipers where faulty also that there was an engine noise. She then advised me its a Saturday and that they don't repair such faults and they will have a look but with a bad attitude as if i was inconveniencing her. I got a call later in the day with a quote from the service adviser and she advised i do not have a maintenance plan and that i must contact the dealership that i bought my car from to find out. i called Woodmead and the assisted immediately. the service adviser did not bother to check properly and also did not look in the cubby for the maintenance books. When i got to the dealership to fetch my car. i asked why the adviser did not call all the relevant maintenance plan company's . she said that she only called the one they use at Bryanston and insisted that they don't ever check with other maint companies, i did not receive an apology at all.<br> Poor service!! really felt like i was inconveniencing the dealership by being there.
