Don't buy a Renualt

In a nut-shell

1. My car had a noise so I booked it in 7th November 2016 (like a rattling noise)

2. Was sms'd on 9th that they were looking into it.

3. Sms'd on the 11th that they were ordering the timing belt\chain and tensioner

4. No loan car as their policy states that only after 10days will they supply a loan car. OK?

5. Week 2, I hear nothing until I email customer care. They tell me the part arrives on Wednesday 16th.

*Up until this point not one single apology only excuses and reasons why its taken this long*

6. Monday, 21st I'm told the car is now back firing, they might have bent valves when replacing the timing chain.

7.22nd, I'm told they have to do further testing? *** is that? I ask for a loan car, they tell me they don't have. (remember that 10 day policy?)

8. All this was communicated through emails, no call from service manager nor cusomer care at Renault SA.

9. I'm still without my car and I have no idea how long its going to take, no loan car, absolutley nothing.

Please don't buy Renault, the service doesn't support it's own brand and there is nothing we can do about it. My car has another 2.5 years of warranty left so I'm stuck with it until then. I've been emailing and calling for almost three weeks but nobody actually gives a #$&^! The service manager is yet to contact me since the day I dropped off the car.
