Do not purchase a Renault if it is underwritten by Liquid Capital

I should be able to give zero Stars. I purchased a Renault Captur from Renault PMB Cash, four years ago. Since then I have battled to get it serviced as Liquid Capital who underwrites their service warantee's made a one digit mistake with the engine number. They promised us they fixed it last year 3 years later. Now nearly 4 years later I cannot get an extended warantee due to the fact that the mix up still exists. I purchased the car at Renault PMB and it is now being serviced at Renault CTN. I have asked for help from both branches and yet I still have this problem. SO do not purchase a Renault from either of these branches unless they can assure you that it is not underwritten by Liquid Capital! You have been warned.
