Do not buy renault cars if you don't like headaches.

Do not buy Renault cars because when you need them to help you they are no where to be found. I own a renault sander. In March a took my car for a service as per my schedule. The air conditioning was not working. I told them when I brought the car in. After the service I was told that, the Ac was not fixed since they needed to order a part to fix the ac. Fine I went home and waited for them to contact me.

A month went by, nothing from renault. I contacted them to follow up. I was told to bring in the car for an assessment. This was in June already, I did that and I was told to wait for the part and they will call me again.

Now it's November, nothing from renault. I have tried to contact them but no one seem to know anything. I am using a car without Ac in this scorching heat.
