Do not buy a Renault Duster!!!

Warning to all who are thinking of buying a Renault Duster and are planning to drive on gravel roads, do not buy it!! The gravel destroys the inside of the wheel arches of the rear wheels because it is made of thin plastic! When I contacted Renault regarding this, they just send me an email telling me that the gravel is an external influence and it is not their problem. To replace the covers, which will only be destroyed again when I go on a gravel road will cost me R4000. I rep**** to their email, but Renault went silent, just showing that their customer care is just as poor as their vehicles!!!!!
