Do not buy a Renault car if looking for a long term car. The customer care on Car Parts is very poor.

If I could I would give them -100 stars. Last year early October Order 3 car parts from Renault Northcliff. It was the car keys, Ignition and ignition ***** to hold it. They said 21 working days which ended on the 14 November 2022. Late November I received the ignition and sadly my spare key can not work on that ignition even though they used my VIN number to make the new ignition I was told that maybe the problem is my key it old so I have been waiting for the new key and they can not even give me a date of when I will get it. I have not been able to use a car for 4 months now, it is such a huge inconvenience and expense for me. I have paid for these car parts but they are still not delivered. I am so disappointed with the service I get from this company. Currently it cost me R420 per day to travel to and from my son's school and work. With my car it cost R850 per week. they should have been honest with me when I made the order. Worse part is there is a chance that this ignition has a problem which means I will wait for another months for it to be fixed. This experience has mad me hate this brand
