DO NOT BUY A RENAULT!

Good day.

On the 12th of Jan i took my car, Renault Kwid to Renault wonderboom Pretoria for a sevice. First of all the woman that sold the car to me never uploaded my service plan onto the system so i had to pay cash for my service. I then took all of my info and service plan info to Renault Wonderboom and the woman said sorry the money will be paid back. I am emailing this woman every second day and it is either the accountant is busy it will be done or they are working on it. I am very close to taking further steps for it has been almost a month. It is really not fair, if there it money owed to you it has to be paid instantly but if you owe me money i have to struggle for a month?

Secondly, ons the serivice on the 12th the mechanic made a note that my brake pads need to be replaced. My car has 13917 km on it and is a year old and this will be my third set of brake pads. This is unacceptable, i WILL NOT pay for another set of brake pads, it is 4000km from the last brake pads was put it.

I have had nothing but trouble and sadness with Renault, i will never buy a Renault again.

I am trying ons last time to sort this out privately, i have had enough now. I am telling you if this is not resolved, i WILL be taking legal action.
