Renault durban We purchased a renault duster in febuary 2015 an had extras added, The one particular extra was side steps which was to rve he purpose of easy access for kids to get in car.We received car after all was approved we were told in 2weeks car will have thecside steps put on...its gone 1 year 10months no side steps still Countless phone calls **** promises an still no help asked to leave messages an still no decency to be contacted Disgusting service an management. How can I pay for a extra an still be waiting so long ? I will not support renault in future.
