Dissapointed with Renault SA
I bought a Sandero last year November. The car has about 11000 k on the clock. The ignition started giving problems causing the starter motor to become faulty (bendics does not engage). The ignition became very sticky so when you started the car it did not click back. I contacted Renault and the referred me to Renualt Clearwater. I booked the car in under strict regulations because of Covid. They contacted me back and said they must order parts from France and it will take a month. They said I can get a curtisy car after 5 days. Well after the time period I asked for a curtisy car and after a long processes they said they cant help me because of the Covid rules. I am currently push starting my car in order to use it. All the repairs are approved because my car is under warranty. I am saddened that a new car breaks down and there is no way Renault can help. There is also no feed back on the progress of the order or when they can repair my car. I am tired of calling Renualt and hearing they have no ETA and that customer care does not answer there calls......so what now.....I dont know its as if the Covid is there only excuse. Maybe my choice of car brand is wrong but its too late now......
