Disgustingly bad service

Had my Renault services at Tokai Multi Franchise last week and just happened to ask the salesman there for a trade in value. From the word go he was ready to rip me off with everything conceivably wrong with the car. After he phoned once and left a message I then decided to shop around to see what other companies would give me as a trade in. When Zoe phoned back today with his big deal attitude arguing as to how many times he phoned me back and berated me that I never answered my phone he had the cheek to offer be R80 000.00 less for my Renault than I got this weekend on my new vehicle with another dealer. What a ******* he is - I reckon this is a regular story with Zoe and Renault Tokai. Fleece an owner whilst he can. And they expect me to buy another Renault cash - never again.
