Disguising wheel rims

I have bought a 2018 Renault Sandero Stepway dynamique. One of the things that influenced my choice was to see that it comes with alloy wheels. But after 3 weeks I realized that those are ordinary wheel rims with wheel caps which looks like alloy wheels. I tried to talk to them without any resolution. People must just be aware of this as it is deceiving.
