Disgraceful

Good day, my name is Rudi Jansen van Rensburg. We bought a Renault Captur in 2016. First we were very nice about this but no I am fed up with Renault Vaal. When we bought the car one of the front air con vents were not working. I have phoned them about it they informed me that they will fix it with the first service that not happened as they did not have the part. The front bumper brackets were also loose and informed them about it. They did fix it but it only lasted till we got home. They fixed both these problems only on 30000km. We bought the car cash with R15000 extended service where they informed us that they will have everything sorted. Now there is a problem they never activated it and I had to fight for a week now and it is still not sorted out. I dont want the car anymore because it has become unpleasant to do business with Renault. I also bought a Sandero cash. It seems that all of the service stop when money is in your pockets. I want something done about this as soon possible
