Disappointing, uncaring, *********** service.

I'm really tired of Renault SA because they don't take any action against their *********** staff and their lazy branch managers. I have complained so many times to them and they don't even bother to respond. They are *********** because they don't even bother to get the repairs done but instead make all kinds of excuses as to why their cars don't work, the most recent being that the cars were built for an overseas market. Other strange excuses were that we must get off the car every single time we are filling petrol!!! Please Renault take this headache away from me and let me buy another brand which is less troublesome. This is a brand new car and I'm not enjoying it like I should. It just gives endless headaches all the time. If there is anyone there who is alive and awake, then call me urgently please.
