Disappointed,upset,no joy.

Recently I purchased a vehicle from Renault pmb and I got hit with a deal that really shows dealership has no integrity and sold Me a car that was damaged. Alot of promises was made by the salesman but none was kept.He kept on saying next week but it never happened.Eventually I went into the company myself only to find out the guy dissapeard. I was told by high management that nothing could be done and he got me with the Car. Yes I clearly see that these guys don't car about the buyers but only a sale. These guys say they do a 101 checkup or something it's sad cos I don't understand how they passed this car with damaged shocks,no valet and bald tyres. I'm ready to expose these guys for the cons they are and the accident vehicles they sell as my trade in was involved in a accident i wonder if they told the new owner or maybe I should... All I want is my car to be A1. Please assist as when you go there the service is pathetic. We work hard to afford these luxuries and to get ********** it ain't right.
