Disappointed Renault Client
I bought a Renault Kwid in March 2018. The car is just over a month old. After about 2 weeks of use the breaks started squeaking. I called Renault and they advised that it was a new type of break that is used in the car and it does squeak. Needless to say I was not happy with this response. After driving the car for a month the squeaking got very bad so we took the car in. The guys shaved the brakes hoping this would solve the problem but it didnt. Having squeaking brakes could lead to faulty brakes and major accidents and all Renault can say is it is the type of brakes used. Is making money off the Kwid more important than the drivers safety?
