Disappointed on Renault Cashback faler offer

I'm so disappointed at Renault. I made an enquiry seeing the special of Kiger CVT Turbo, and I visited one their branches in Durban. after test driving the car a previous day and proceeding with finance, boom following morning I was told that this special only applies on manual. I phoned Renault SA yesterday and I was told the special is still there for both Auto an manual, maybe the branch was out of stock and my details were given to someone from another branch to contact me. Aybo today again I get to hear that the special is only for Manuals the moment I procced. I just don't understand who to trust now. I don't understand either why would I visit a branch and be told something else but the moment I proceed with finance everything change. Why this information is not shared prior before wasting our precious time. I can't understand this really. I feel like this 40k is a ****, its just not there
