Disappointed

I brought in my car for 3rd service on the 24th of Dec 2019 @ Renault The Glen. To my surprise, I had a light on my dashboard going off, after picking it up, stating I needed to TopUp my oil level. his light went off, my thinking that the oil was still settling. A few days later, the light went on again. Went to the garage and to my shock, they check my oil tank,only to find there was no oil. What kind of car service was this? I had to buy 2 pints of oil myself, few days after the car came from service.
