Disappointed

Took my car for service @ renault Zambezi on Monday. Asked the service advisor to do a quotation and send it to me as I wanted to claim for warranty she didn't, later when I went to fetch my car I asked her again she said she will send it first thing in the morning the following day, I even had to call she said she will send even today iam still waiting. And another thing Monday when I took my car for service I asked to be picked up at work when they are done,the whole day no one called me I had to call them and ask how far are they with service and ask for transport again they said OK the driver will pick me up at work @ 17h00 I waited and no one came to pick me up. Their service is horrible.
