****** dipstick from Menlyn/Wonderboom Renault

I contacted you via your website and still no feedback, I had my new Renault kwid serviced(first service) at Menlyn Renault and they informed me that the oil cap/Dipstick was damage on close inspection it seems like it's a second hand part, and none even open the hood to check oil,so one of the service centres swapped out my car's part for old worn, broken dipstick. Bought the car from Wonderboom Renault and between Wonderboom and Menlyn they're passing the buck and telling me all kind of *******. I'm not doing to pay for new dipstick because one of them stole mine. After sales service is upto *** won't advice anyone to buy Renault. Menlyn Renault did a brake pad check without removing the wheels of my car??
