<p>I took my car for service at Renault The Glen. I was there at 7am and they took me to work. </p> <p>I asked the office and the driver for pick up to fetch me at 3pm when I knock off. </p> <p>I was only picked up at 17:30. I am currently pregnant and I had no access to the toilets because everything was locked and extremely hungry. So i was waiting for the the pick up car outside my work place. If they could not fetch me they could have told me in time and I would have made other means to get there. </p> <p>I called them 3 times to my surprise they told me the driver is out to fetch a customer...what am I? I had things to do this was a huge inconvenience to me. So not happy... </p> <p>I got home at 19:30</p> <p> </p>
