Devastated and Distraught !!!!

My less than a year old Renault Kwid Climber is having exhaust and brake issues, an issue that persisted and even worsened after I took it back to the Gateway dealership I had purchased it. Less than six months into having the car a warning light (malfunctions in car systems) was already flashing on the car I took it to the dealer and fare enough it was changed. I enquired as to what had caused it and was told it was manufacturing defect from the car. The cherry on top is that now even the petrol gauge sensor isn’t working. I had to put in fuel with R320 for it to pick up. I had to go pick a fight with garage staff that they ****** me after I put in R230 but my km remained at 160km but dropping, then when I added another R90 only then it picked up. With the petrol gauge sensor not working I cannot tell when I am low on fuel and risk running out of fuel while driving and stuck on the road.

My vehicle has not even gone in for 1st service as yet or even reached 15 000km but I feel I am driving a ticking time bomb with the endless problems I have experienced with this “BRAND NEW CAR”. It’s just one thing after another, I am a first time women driver, this is my first vehicle but it’s left such a bitter taste in my mouth. In all honesty I do not feel safe driving that car, I travel with my 4 year old every day and I don’t trust the vehicle I thought was a safe one. I honestly feel I was sold a second hand reject and the Renault Gateway couldn’t even be bothered. I have to constantly follow up with them on what is happening as there is no communication from their side. The point of buying a brand new car was to not have these problems and to feel safe.

At this rate I don’t think this car will last me for 5 years, after my warranty is up all these defects that came with the car will be coming out of my pocket, I feel ****** and taken advantage of. My question (to the dealership) is if this car causes me serious harm or accident what happens then cos it will suddenly be negligence on my part. Every month without fail a debit order goes out of my account for a brand new car but I was sold a piece of s**** and can break down at any moment and God forbid my daughter and I are ****** , injured or even worse ****ed. I am completely devastated and would honestly never recommend anyone to buy a Renault vehicle.
