Defective paint

Hi i purchased a brand new Renault sandero and im having problems with the paint work it has like air bubbles sports on almost the whole car, I then took the car back to the dealership and then was asked to take it to a panel beater to get a quote to fix the problem and all that was done , wen they got back to me they say its industrial fall out which there panel beater say its a factory fault but Renault south Africa from just looking at pictures say its industrial fall out and as the owner off the vehicle why do I need to sit with the problem even if it is industrial fall out which according to the pannel beaters is not ,I was then requested to book the car by Renault newcastle n they will send it to get polished,after the car was polished now its gone worse what can I do because Renault newcastle is now deciding to get the car resprayed and im not gona have the car resprayed as its brand new and also car in their showroom has the same problem
