********* Car Salesman - Zaheed Moosa

<p>I have driven Renault for 4 years. I decided to buy a used T900 sandero.</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought the car the salesman, Zaheed Moosa, stated that it is a 2016 model. We signed all the papers and it was approved.</p> <p> </p> <p>3 months later I get a call to say that I must re-sign the documents and that the model was actually 2015 not 2016. </p> <p> </p> <p>They never offered to come down in price despite lying.</p> <p><br />What a way to make sales deceive customer by lying to them about the model fixing the price and then simply asking them to resign with the correct model year. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am not happy and when I have more time I am going to take this matter up as a serious offence. I will never buy Renault after this and I will make sure people know of my experience</p>
