Damaged wrap

<p>I took my car for a service to Renault, when i received my car the wrap was badly damaged. Renault then referred me to the people they gave my car to be washed by.</p> <p>After a few months the carwash company decides that they not going to compensate me for the damaged wrap. They say that the wrap was poor quality and not put on right.</p> <p> </p> <p>My problem is that my car was bought from Renault with the wrap which I paid for. I dont understand why Renault is referring me to other people as I gave my car to them for a service and it came back damaged.</p> <p>Renault should be compensating me and sorting it out with the carwash company. I dont understand why it should be my problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont like the way this has been handled</p>
