Damaged window chip

Good day I just want to complain about the service I got at Renault Bryanston. I bought a Kia Rio on the 12.02.2018 and it had a problem of a window chip. The car dealer was aware of it and said their electrician will fix as he will speak to his manager. I tried calling the manager also but to no avail..... I waited and waited but never got response from him. When I called the car dealer, he told me that they will not fix it as the value of the car is low. I had to pay R2800 at Kia to get it replaced as I have to open a window if I open security gate or anything that I need to do while driving Is that how you treat your customers? Am I the one who put the price on the car?
