Customer Service not giving Customer Service.

So much for customer Care! they absolutely not bother to care for their customers, i have called and this sales agent i was explaining the situation to drop the call in my ear, when i called back i was told to left a message, the agent never called me back. very poor service, Renault must fall and be banded from doing services.
