Customer Service @ Renault Silverlakes - SHOCKING!

When making the booking for a car service, i asked to please be dropped off at work. The lady then stated if i need to be at work @ 08:00 am, i need to be at Renault Silverlakes at 07:00 am as for the shuttle leaves at 07:30 am, so i was there at 07:05 am, today (20/05/2015) . A gentlemen assisted me straight away & asked me if i'd like to be dropped off at work & i said yes. I waited in reception for 40 min before i needed to go outside & ask about the shuttle service. He said \Let me find out". I walked backed into reception"
