courtesy car

The car starter is not working. The car is still under warrantee. It's only 7 months old. They won't give a courtesy car and this is not something I can not claim from insurance. I cannot run my business or be able to pick up kids to and from school as they will have the car for 6 days. I lose money and spend more money because of their faulty car. Seriously? Is this the service they give. Pathetic
