Continous bad service

I bought a renault kwid from renault rustenburg and it has been giving me issues for a while.each time I take it back to be fixed they send it back not having explained what was wrong with the cat. On the past week the car got stuck and they arranged for it to be picked up. No communication from them till I called to enquire. The consultant said it was the clutch but it's an automatic car .they said I can collect it, I drove less than 40km and it stopped again . Can you please come take your cat , fix it and return it when you are absolutely sure that it's fixed .
