Conned - lots of promises but nothing happens

We bought what we thought was a new Megan 3 in February. We took delivery on 26 of February 2016 Before leaving the dealership on around 26 February we mentioned that there were water marks on all the windows and the Renault crests on the front and back of the Megan 3 were pitted badly. For the first couple of months the Salesman advised that they were looking for a special polish to take the marks out, we were told the polish is very difficult to come by, we were even given the name of the products and told to look for a supply ourselves – we were unsuccessful. The car went for it’s first service in June 2016, everyone looked that the windows again and once again we were assured the windows would be sorted out. The car was sent to redo the smash and grab, which did not remove the ugly marks on all the windows. We have subsequently found out that the vehicle had been standing outside exposed to the elements for over 2 years. RenaultThe Glen didn’t disclose this to us or give us an option to make an informed decision. Now some 9 months and many promises later, after we documented our complaint to their Head Office the vehicle was taken to SA Armour, who advised the marks cannot be polished out. Upon collecting our vehicle we were told the marks are not bad and Renault the Glen are only prepared to replace one window, when we voiced our dis-satisfaction we were told we can do what we like. We have sent several emails and have to date not had the courtesy of a response or any indication as to what Renault The Glen's intention is. It is totally unacceptable that we must pay the price for a new 2016 car that is actually manufacter in February 2014 and had been standing outside until the car was sold to us. Why should we accept a supposed new vehicle with visible mark on all the windows.
