Took in my car for the 30000k service at Renault fountains ended up stranded with the car towed by the insurance,went back to fountains assuming that the car was towed there only to be welcomed by the darling Annette Venter who spoke to me like i was an idiot fall the while giving this false condescending smile.<br> <br> So it so happened that my car was towed to Hatfield they checked the car explained the problem so I asked them to call the fountains branch first because I was not willing to pay for something that was their fault.<br> Guess who pick up Mevrou Venter again who after being explained to what was going on starts bad mouthing me to her colleague which made her very uncomfortable as the phone was on speaker <br> <br> The worse thing is i was going though this and very streesed and her last words were \I don't know what her her problem is"<br> <br> This person was put there to assist me but who would want help from her if you are going to end up getting attitude<br> <br> Fountains managers get your house in order <br> <br> I'm never coming there but for the sake of your other clients i hope you do better <br> <br> """
