Concerns Regarding Renault Kiger 2023 Model

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my Renault Kiger 2023 demo car. During winter, I noticed that the vehicle does not have demisters on the back window. When I brought this up with the service department manager at Paarden Eiland, he admitted he was unaware of this feature and suggested it might not be included in the specifications.

I find it extremely concerning that a car would lack demisters, as it poses a serious safety risk. Even with the air conditioning on, I’ve experienced significant condensation that makes it difficult to see out the back window, which is very dangerous.

I requested a quote to have demisters installed, as I believe this is a crucial safety feature, yet I have not received any response regarding this matter.

Additionally, I have only had the car for just over a year, and I am starting to hear a troubling squeaking noise, which makes it feel more like I’m driving an older vehicle rather than a new one.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to these issues, as I am quite unhappy with my experience so far.
