Compliant

Hi i wrote the below email to Renault South Africa till today I'm left without a car, can't go to work or my child can go to school. They promised to order the part locally, which is the first time they do this.

Morning Brett

I have a compliant regarding Renault Paarden Eiland, i sent my car on the 6th of April 2019 for services. Saturday i did not use my car, Sunday when i wanted to go somewhere it refused to start. I called in a friend to have a look thinking that the battery was flat. Eventually the car managed to start, Monday woke up and took it back to Renault and booked it in again for Tuesday. Tuesday i leave the car and waited the whole day to be notified what the problem was, only to get a call at 14:45 from Natasha that i would have to leave my car there as they need to have a look at it today. Problem is how do i get home? how do i get to my son's school? how will i be able to get to these places the following day? Natasha told me she will speak to the technician and see what he says. She calls me back to say i would have to leave my car for there as they need to change the exhaust and need to order the part which will take 21 days, and i could only get a courtesy car after 10 days( as per your policy). Today till then it would mean i will have to take off work which i would be behind now due to something that should have been seen Friday the day i took my car then. Can you please try to arrange a courtesy car for me soonest as i will miss on work and also my son will miss out on his school work. Should i not get a response by end of business today i will take this up further.
