Complaint on Renault The Glen

<p>I took my car for repairs and it has been a month now and my car is still not fixed.</p> <p> </p> <p>It took about a week to get warranty approval. After that I was informed my car emgine has been taken to engineers for repairs, when I asked how long it will take they said they do not know. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have alerted them that I use the car for business purposes hence the urgency to get the car repaired. </p> <p>I have been emailing and calling them but their line hardly goes through most of the time and they take forever to respond to my emails, and their responses are always vague and unhlepful.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist in this regard as it has been just over a month without the matter being resolved. </p>
