Complaint of bad service

Dear Sir/Madam

This is Sibusiso Kleyi, I have this complaint on the 07th July I went to Renualt *****s in Port Elizabeth to service my car. I had coins on my car, when I got there I put them in a plastic money bag and put them on the mask box and I placed them inside the car dashboard(on top of the mask box i placed some books to make sure the money is safe) I didn’t know there will be someone who will open the dashboard because the service book was on top of the chair.

When I got home checking my coins there were not there, someone took them. The next morning I called to the service department at *****s, the lady at the reception who was helping me was not nice at all she was very rude, she had no humanity and she was not willing to help me. She told me with attitude that I signed a form that I says I took all my belongings and the lady who was helping me(Shantel) is not at work today she will be at work on Monday so I will wait for her and call Monday.

This lady told me that *****s will not take any responsibility, and I also was not saying *****s must take responsibility I was just reporting the incident and the company must be aware that their labours are *******.

And first of all no one has a right to open someone’s dashboard, even if I took my belongings but no one has a right at all to open my dashboard and secondly the lady didn’t acknowledge my complaint, she was very rude and unprofessional. And now I took a decision that I will never ever service my car at *****s because all this tells me that even if I can leave my wallet or drop something by mistake because I was in a rush or something, i can never get it, they will ***** it at *****s.

I am really not happy with the service I got from *****s that they stole my coins and after that the receptionist from service department becomes so rude when I am complaining not even acknowledging my complaint. Called again helped by other lady and said she will send an email to service Manager they will call me Monday have not received any call from them
