Complaint

I bought a Renault Stapway plus at Tiger valley branch a year ago. The vehicle the had a defective ignition same year and was told to take it to Paarden Island branch. No catasy car offered. I was without transport for a month. When they flitted the ignition and gave me blade key which is not a spare key. I'm currently driving my car with no spar key to date. I had a bad experience with Renault and their customer service is bad.
