Complaint

Hello. I am really not pleased with the service I got at Renault Queenstown. I took my car there on 30 of March 2022 and they still haven't finished with it. They are not even giving an update of the progress. I have to check on them every time. The car had a knoch on the engine 2 years back after I took it for service on their workshop. I had a knock on the Engine on the way home from them. Thier service is poor and they show lack of care.
