Complaint

Hi. My Sandero had a funny noise from the engine. I took it to Renault Durban and they did some mechanical work on it. I was assisted by Vimlen Govender. And now there is a funny noise coming from the aircon ventilators. There was a rain in Dbn and the water went through the car from the front leaving it with dead dog smell for days, I have had the car since 4 July 2015 and no rain has ever penetrated it. And also the funny noise from the engine its back. I have phoned the service advisor (Vimlen Govender) several times, everytime I phone him he says his manager will give me a call, its been 3 weeks now.
