Complain

I traded in my polo vivo 2021 model and took a Haval jolion super luxury April 2024 at ballito it was a used car with a mullahs of 58 000km,the car came with a lot of faulty 1.it came without a wheel spanned 2. It came without a left front wheel cap 3.there’s a crack on the boot door 4. It came without a front wheel flap mat 5. When u press brakes there’s a funny sound which they detected problem with break pads

I tried to speak with a manager several times he then promised to call me back soo that he will arrange how he can fox all that but till today he never call me nor help me I’m always on a prayer not to have a wheel punch on the road because I don’t have a wheel spannel,,,now they blocked my call.can I get help on this because it’s been long overdue and I’m a fool to them.
