Complain

I bought a vehicle at Renault Easterand And they give me a disc that doesn’t match with my vehicle . And even when they knew they made a mistake they never took effort to contact me to rectify their mistake but waited for me to come to them and complain and they never took my matter with urgency I waited at their premises for hour without being helped and even now my car has nor disc and number plates and it’s been a month now. I was assisted by Kabelo who gave me the worse service because I’m black
