Coil packer with duct tape instead of being replaced

I recently bought a a car from Renault in Boksburg and even though it passed all necessary tests it kept on giving me the same problem. I took the car back to them twice and the second time I was assured by the manager Tobie that the coil pack has been replaced even though he didn't give me any proof of such. I just took the car to a private machanic and to my disbelief what was supposed to be replaced was actually repairs with duct tape.

I am disappointed that such a reputable company can cut corners like this and then lie about it.
