Clutch problems on a new car which I must pay for

We drive a Renault duster and their seems to occur a shatter on the clutch when pulling away, we went to Renault Hatfield were we bought this vehicle and the warranty lady tells us it is wear and tear thing and the warranty does not cover it, the car has 37 000 km on, it is still a new car they want us to pay R15000 for this replacement which can only be a factory fault. The warranty lady and Charney according to them are both driving vehicles like these and they assume this is a problem with this Renault and their vehicles are having the same problem. According to the workshop mechanic this is way to early for the clutch to be wear out. It seems to me that we must replace a clutch every 30000km
