Clio Recall and no courtesy car

I phoned Renault Clearwater to assist me with fixing my car as per the recall notice I received on my Clio. They were friendly and and could book my car in for a service but there would be no courtesy car available. I phoned head office (Reginald) who was not helpful at all and referred me back to Clearwater. Since Renault made a manufacturing problem on my car I expect them to assist me with a courtesy car as I use the motor car on a daily basis. All I need is a courtesy car and not to be sent from pillar to post. Thank You
