clio iv Petrol tank common problem

Renault CLIO iv Petrol tank. The petrol stations are struggling to reach the opening on the petrol tank when inserting their petrol nozzle. It seems as if the opening of the tank is now lower than it should be”. It takes 30 minutes to fill up on a 0.9 litre engine. If there is a couple of clio IVs with the same problem and Renault seems to be aware of this issue, why should I pay for it as if it points out to the quality of their cars.
