car service

I am not happy with Renault Germiston, well I am happy servicing my car there, but what is the point in them asking me, What time do I need the car?????? Because honestly they do not stick to that. Every year I need the car ready at 2 but I cannot get the vehicle because they then found something wrong with the car and they are fixing, and at half past 2 I need to fetch my daughter at school, which the renault driver refuses to assist in that, I end up paying for Uber and paying late penalty for fetching my kid

This has resulted in such a strainus mission from renault and they will never compensate me in any way and they dont care

This is really frustrating
